Why
a home inspection?
An
inspector performs a visual assessment of the physical condition of the home's
systems and components. The inspection report will provide you with the
information needed to make an informed buying decision. Reasons may be
provided on why a system or component is deficient and recommendations to
correct or monitor the deficiency. I strongly encourage all of my clients
to get an inspection report.

Home Inspections promises to deliver an impartial physical evaluation of the
home at the time of inspection; this is not an appraisal. Our computer
generated report provides a thorough overview of the home and includes a
reference portfolio.
The
inspection includes a complete visual inspection of the home. Our
inspection will cover all major home systems including roof, foundation, heating
and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior. A
report will be computer generated on site, and includes digital color
photographs, summary, additional resources and will be presented in a reference
portfolio. We encourage our clients to attend the inspection, please allow
2-3 hours for the inspection.
