Joe's Story:

Joe Avry has an extensive business management background, including prior financial positions with Bank One and Home Owner’s Loan Services. Because of a sincere desire to offer more competitive loan options for clients, including helping additional borrowers secure necessary financing, Joe and his business partner, Brian Collier, started Paramount Investment Corporation in 2000. 

From the beginning, Joe and Brian endeavored to provide professional, integrity-driven, full-service mortgage services. They successfully continue to provide the best available loan options for their clients at a reasonable cost. After building a solid business reputation and amassing an impressive base of clients they decided it was time to expand the offerings of Paramount Investment Group from strictly mortgages and financing solutions.

In November 2004, Joe and Brian began discussions with Denise Redmon, a Realtor with RE/MAX Preferred who had been a successful partner in a software reselling business. The three of them recognized a synergy and an opportunity to share their expertise and offer clients a one-stop shop for real estate and mortgage solutions. By May, 2005, Denise had acquired her Indiana Real Estate Broker License and Paramount, the Real Estate Division was born.

Joe’s leadership abilities and his personal goal of ensuring that each client receives the best service possible has helped Paramount Investment to become a solid mortgage solution and a trusted source for real estate services. Paramount is proud of its ability to provide specific needs for all its clients and will continue to search for ways to improve its services.
